That has become my daily rule.
I went till 4:30 today without eating and without exercising. I meant
to do both in the morning, but got to doing one thing after another
till it got to be late afternoon.
I was very hungry, but I knew I would feel guilty if I ate and then the
night went by and I ended up not exercising.
So at about 4:30 I did my rebounding for the day.
Now I can eat a good dinner with a good conscience!
It is GOOD for me, someone fully capable of exercising, to feel guilty
if I skip a day of exercising. I SHOULD feel guilty about it because
daily, moderate exercise is just as necessary to the recipe for a
healthful, long life as is healthful food, healthful water, healthful
thoughts, fresh air, sunshine and supplements.
If I go to bed without exercising, I also go to bed without eating.
That simply becomes a fast, and a one-day fast is actually a good thing!
