I think before I would take a dose that high (10,000), I would have my
Vit. D levels tested. It is really not good to over supplement. I
would be suspicious that anyone selling doses that high is trying to
take advantage of people desperate to get rid of their cancer. But that
is my opinion and not based on any fact.
I take liquid D3 drops from Pure Encapsulations. It is only $19 for
about a 6 month (or more) supply. There is another brand of liquid
drops out there that someone found online that doesn't require an ND to
purchase, I believe.
