IP-6 is fairly selective. It cannot remove iron bound to hemoglobin
or iron bound to the various transferrins. It only chelates free
iron. Free iron is generally something you don't want in your body.
You can always go with the other elements for awhile, get
your blood tested, then add IP-6 for awhile, then retest
