PSA reading can be higher within days of having sex and I imagine even thinking about it???

In any event, I probably missed something here but exactly what are we discussing as regards the actual PSA readings.

Are we speaking low, mid or very high numbers. Are we speaking about a significant increase in the PSA with each test?

My PSA has fluctuated between the low 6s to 10 and back again an now hovering around 7.2 and has been doing this for over 10 years.....and with that a good night to all.
