I know this, I would be happy with a reduction in PSA not having any Conventional treatment.

We all know things change but it is probably not too likely that a high PSA would be reduced by any significant amount unless something is happening and since no conventional treatment assaulted you, enjoy the results and keep doing what you are doing and make sure they also do a Free PSA test. This is more accurate than a standard PSA providing your PSA is not over 10 to begin with. The test is usually performed when the PSA is between 4 - 10. Other factors are important as well. Physical 'digital' exam to determine whether or not there are any obvious things going on.
