copper, adding a little extra zinc sounds good to me. My doc won't give me
that antiangiogenic copper supressing drug (yet).

Not Mike here, but zinc and copper have to exist in balance and are
antagonistic, i.e. too much copper can suppress zinc, AND taking a lot of
zinc can suppress too high a copper level. Many are low in zinc.
BUT I'm not that knowledgeable about hair analysis so someone who knows
about that subject should interpret what a high hair copper means because
sometimes it means the opposite of what you would think. Confused?

Why would a zinc deficiency cause an increase in copper Mike?

Hello rockjacks50,
Do you work in a profession where you might be exposed to copper?
Are you on any medications? Do you have a Keiser-Fleischer ring in
the eye? (Google this last one to see what it looks like.) Do you
have a zinc deficiency?
Mike
