the taste. I bought a yogurt strainer off of amazon which really helped
me to deal with it.
I don't know if yogurt has casein, but I found I could not stay on
budwig due to all the dairy. My body just couldn't handle it well.
The book "The China Study" shows the research behind how bad casein is
for us. It's an interesting read.
