HI I am really new here mostly lurking.

Bromelain is the pineapple enzyme. I use it a lot for muscle pains as
it also heals muscles. I also have a bottle of pancreatic enzymes
called mega zyme from enzymatic therapy.

Taken away from food or they will digest the food and not do what they
need to
