I applaud your ability to go so much with raw foods. It's really hard for me. But the ice cream puzzles me. From everything I've read, cancer cells thrive on sugar, so the first thing we did was cut out all sugar and simple carbs. Please tell me ice cream is OK !!!!!! I'll love you forever. Thanks. Jan
