One can now carry a gun on his way to work and keep it in his auto because of the U.S. Constitution but shouldn't we be allowed the same right, regarding health, in order to fulfill the Right to Life, Liberty, and The Pursuit of Happiness?

In both the Gun issue and Health issue, the driving force is money. The Medical System is even more powerful than the Right to Bear Arms proponents. Think Insurers, HMOs, Hospitals, Doctors, Pharmaceutical Companies and then think how loathe they are towards anything the reduces their livelihood. It just isn't going to happen and worse, they will actively seek the destruction of anyone or anything standing in their way.
