Why don't you go on a fast to rest your digestive organs?
3 day virgin coconut oil fast and 3 day orange juice fast, 14, 21 and 40
day orange juice fasts would be ultimate.
If you are interested, I can teach you how it is done for free.

Switch to a high fat, low carb diet such as raw paleolithic diet or homo
optimus diet.

Let's see you binge eat on high fat, especially raw fat. Bet you
can't. Nobody can. :)
