Ascorbic acid doesn't necessarily acidify the body, and acidifying
isn't NECESSARILY harmful. I don't believe in focusing on pH unless
you're taking a specific therapy (e.g., pancreatic enzymes,
artemisinin) that requires you to be alkaline or unless you have a
SPECIFIC reason for focusing on it. (Incidentally mineral ascorbate
forms of vit. C like aren't acidic.)
I think 4g/day is very good, but if I had cancer, I'd try to consume
megadoses (under medical supervision)megadoses (under medical s

liposomal vit. C. Good brands include
