I love mine and if you do some investigation you'll see it is different than just adding juice or baking soda to your water.
When I first found out I had cancer I was VERY high acid and with this and diet change (and accent on diet change, to alkaline diet) My PH is ususally very good now!
Also seems the lower end units are just about the same results just less whistles and bells. ANd now some of the lower end units have a better warranty (5 years) which says a lot.
