Cancer cells are not all anaerobic, Cancer cells often run mainly on
glycolysis. That part is true. It is not true that the Krebs cycle
and oxidative phosphorylation are completely absent. That is a
common misconception. We are far past Warburg at this point. Things
like Paw Paw and Protocel work by suppressing different aspcts of the
electron transport chain in mitochondria. Glycolysis does not tke
place in the mitochondria. Paw Paw inhibits the Phase one step
involving ubiquinone. Protocel inhibits Phase four where cytochrome
c is active. These are aerobic processes, not anaerobic. Aerobic
processes are lagging in cancer cells, but often not absent. And,
yes, cancer cells can live in an oxygen environment. Ask a lung.
