Arlyn- Most vegetable and nut sources of oil are very high in Omega 6
oils compared to Omega 3 oils, that's why Flaxseed oil is so essential
to balancing out the ratio of 6:3. Some values from websites, I
wouldn't recommend using any of the vegetable oils except Flaxseed oil
and coconut oil as per the Budwig diet-
