Fatigue often times in cancer is a sign of depression.
You do need to move your body at all cost.
Fatigue is definitely something to listen to but I disagree with it being the best indicator of when to stop or not even start.

Mike, you brought up good points about exercise, this wonderful tool, but one which can be abused.
People in an already enervated state would use of too much nerve energy by over exercising thereby stealing body resources needed for healing.
The fatigue measure is the best indicator of when to stop or not even start.
