I have read that fruit isn't a problem so long as it's eaten with protein and/or fat. When I
read that, a huge light bulb turned on in my head, re: Budwig ... she never had us eating fruit
(or drinking fruit juice, which I don't do ... I eat it instead) without the presence of flaxseed or
flaxoil. Perhaps that's why ... ;)
