Your heartfelt plea brought tears to my eyes. What a lovely human being you are. I wish to help you but I can't say "specifically" for lung cancer what would work, but I have stage 3 colon cancer and am in midst of chemo at the moment and supplementing with the following:
IP6-cell forte
graviola +
vit d, e, c, no a
paw paw
ldn
digitalis (same action as oleander, I believe but maybe oleander is stronger)
resveratrol
iscador (mistletoe injections)
iodine
selenium
essiac tea
royal jelly

also have made following changes to life style:
distilled water only
almost vegetarian diet
raw veggie juicing 2xday (beets, celery, cucumber, cabbage, potato, apple, brussel sprouts, broccoli)
almost no sugar, no carbs
1hr+ full body sunshine each day
rebounder excercise 3x day, 5 -10min
yoga for excercise and adrenal flow
deep breathing excercises 5-6x day, 1 min
visualization excercises 2-3x day, 5 min
sleeping hrs 10-7

planning on adding melatonin, gingko

I don't know what of all this would be effective for your mom's type and stage of cancer, some of the other more scientifically minded people on this list will comment hopefully. But I feel in my gut that the most important for her will be the visualization because she simply MUST find the WILL to fight and begin BELIEVING that there is a chance...she must...if not for her own sake, then for yours - tell her - she must...
