with sensitive nervous system. Hunger imbalace it and cause mental
problems.
By the way I was on Candida diet which is high fat and 0 carbs for 3
months and I start to crave for food after that. Though I am protein
type and i love fat but I need somecarbs too to calm down nerves.
I was told I am carb intolerant and gluten too so I stop eating
breads and sugar but instead I start to eat a lot of nuts. It is
healthy food bit in huge quantities cause too much mucus. And nuts
and seeds tear my esophagus too badly.
Also I had bouts of eating after treatment with bitter herbs for
gallbladder. I realised I should not take anything bitter or
astrigent.Coconat oil and orange are in my list of food intolerances.
Juices are not recommended with candida at all.
But thank you for your advice anyway,
Liz
