My mother is 55 yrs. I am 31. She lost her husband to lung cancer in
2005, yet I see no irony, only an obvious issue. I am the first born
of her two sons, the second is 22 now. He is a special needs young
man, who I have pledged to take care of no matter what happens to
mom.
I would love to give her grandkids, yet I am finishing college
(August), and full time advocate for children with special needs.Time
for seeking out that special girl is the fartherest thing from my
mind now. I think her happy thoughts should come from something she
cherishes, but it is true she wants grandkids....
