Also, Jan, do you know your wife's ferritin level? It may be that in addition to vitamin B complex support, she may also need just a bit of iron from which to make hgb, although I would not suppliment with iron without knowing if she is actually low in iron. But it sounds as though you are genuinely concerned and therefore it would be worthwhile to find out about her ferritin level.
