Im so sorry about your mom, but please remember she is in a better place with no more pain and suffering. Its been 6 years since my mom has died of BC and was able to spend her last month with her even though i lived out of state there is not a day that goes by that i dont think of how blessed i was that all of the situations came together that i was able to be there and take care of her. she saw me into this world and i helped see her out.
For those of you that still have your moms, hug them as often as possable, talk to them (i mean really really talk). bed ridden, have a day in bed with mom and watch a bunch of movies, eat popcorn and even cookes (she wont care about the crumbs). enjoy them. being a past survivor of a mom with bc, the bigest piece of advice is to make arangements for the end before you have to, its so much easier and quite often i have seen that mom wants a few things to happen as well so talk about it with her, give her that option.

be there with my brother, husband, grandmother and aunt. Her final moments

gone. Earlier that day, hospice said she wouldn't live until Monday but she
