There are several devices on the market that are patterned after the VIBE; they consist of a primary transformer, a Tesla coil as a secondary and gas-filled bulbs that contain mostly the noble gases. They all functions essentially the same, but the VIBE is by far the most expensive---too espensive! I believe all of these machines are effective.
