What kind of natural hormone replacement are you using? I personally
didn't feel that was right for me. I don't want to add hormones, I want
to balance the ones I have. (Well, except for my thyroid - I'm adding
hormone for that)

I'm using licorice root during the day to raise my cortisol and to keep
me from crashing. Then at night I'm using phosphatidylserine - which I
really like. Understand that the licorice root is a phytoestrogen. Now
we are going to add a few more things, but they haven't come in yet.
Those new items will be Chinese herbs, I believe. I was using a Chinese
herb at night, but it stopped working and it was also a phytoestrogen
and I didn't want to load up too much on phytoestrogens.
