When I wrote that bit about a dietary change for someone already eating reasonably well, I wasn't really referring to Budwig because that is quite a bit more than just dietary change. It is a major dietary/Lifestyle change but perhaps the same thought still applies in a lot of cases where people switch to Budwig's protocol after having practiced good eating habits.
