It goes right to the heart of what disease is all about.
Just as the Microbe is nothing without the terrain, so it is that the most virulent poisons are nothing without the body to work on and the most virulent germ is tame, harmless, unless the body, cannot deal with it. Remember, it is the body that works on the outside force, not the other way around. The fried sausage, by itself, can do nothing but if the body cannot digest it and it putrefies (rots), and we get heartburn, what caused what? It was the inability of the body or the sausage would cause this reaction in everyone that ever ate one. The cold germ cannot be 'caught' without the host reacting to it assuming, of course, that it is a germ that was involved in the cold in in the first place. Just as the most potent laxative would do nothing within a cadaver, the most virulent germ does nothing without the proper terrain to works its forces. This enforces the thought that there is no healing other than by the body itself and in many cases providing the best and necessary elements for it to survive will result in good health.
Dealing with cancer seems to require more than simply providing 'healthy food and drink and while there seems to be some that do well with just that, there are more that need help that good food and drink cannot give them. They are the ones that need to reduce tumor burden or have more cancer cell apoptosis (Cell death) bringing the need for some of the things Vincent and Gubi wrote about. Isn't it sad that the Allopathic system, with all of its money and good minds isn't on the same course those and the various methods we turn to are?
Considering that 'health care' which incorporates Pharmaceuticals and doctoring are some of the biggest factors in our economy, do not think it will ever change any more than wars, with their built-in profit centers will ever stop visiting hell on earth. As for me? I am thankful for the Vincents, the Gubis, and the many that post to this list.
