Arlyn, I don't know what anyone else is doing, but when I was doing it, my progesterone, testosterone, and DHEA were all low. So was estrogen, but since I'm in your same boat, that's where we liked it, especially since I'm post-menopausal (courtesy of chemo ... yaaay ... NOT
... LOL). So, we brought my other three up to where they should be for a post-menopausal woman. That's what is meant by balance. When you test, you see exactly where you are and go from there to make it where it should be for your stage of life.
