I think doing Budwig or Gerson could be excellent.

The Proton treatment could conceivably destroy the tumor without
injuring healthy brain tissue. (The possibility of that will of course
need to be exactly ascertained by the Proton treatment expert.)

The Budwig or Gerson protocol should also change the bodily environment
and the diet to one that is inhospitable to cancer.
