Dental Wellness Inst. (mercury-free dentists; large directory)

www.altcorp.com/DentalInformation/hgfreedentists.htm [long list of
mercury-free dentists, but not all are holistic]

Also, asking a local holistic practitioner is usually the best way
to find a good holistic dentist or other practitioner.
