Cyclophosphamide is one of the more gentle of the chemos, but it is a chemo med nonetheless. Regarding how long a person who has NHL should take the med, I do not know. I am only familiar with treatment of chronic lymphocytic leukemia, although fNHL and CLL are closely related. But in any event, I expect the length of time might vary a bit, depending on the accepted usual regimen, how well a person is tolerating the drug and at what point in his disease he finds himself.
Refering back to one of Dudley's posts, please do consider investigating LDN among other supportive routes.
Warm wishes,
Jan
