Well, I hope genetics aren't so important! At least for my sake!

My sister told me that where she lives, in the bay area, they found estradiol in the water.
I'm not sure how to filter out for such a thing, whether a regular water filter would do the
trick. She's buying bottled now but she's super p.o.'ed!

Apparently, the genetics testing that you can get here in the UK (and for which I am
waiting) tests for a great number of genes. However, whether you want to act on that
information is another story.

Meanwhile, I eat my sprouts, my flax oil with yogurt, my broccoli and cabbage, etc, etc.
Have found some relief in the tedium through curries and lentils.

Does anyone have some wisdom about Agnus Castus? I've read that it is a nice "hormone
balancing" herb but am wary of it. Should I be?
