other alternative things, there appears to be a grey area with regard
to need, and if not to need, then certainly to absorbability of liquid
mineral supplements.
I believe that non-organically grown vegetables, and maybe fruits, too,
have far less minerals and nutrients in them than in former years, so
supplementation is certainly necessary if one is eating those. I do not
know what is lacking from organically-grown vegetables/fruits.
But there appears to be serious question as to the usefulness of taking
liquid mineral supplements due to non-absorption or very little
absorption. Anyone know the answer?
