[cancercured] breast cancer

my mother had an needle biopsy on an swollen lymph node in her
breast. It showed abnormal cells. what is the first step that we should
make concerning this. my mother is 79 years old and we don't want her
going through any harsh treatments. does anyone know a good cancer center in north carolina.
